Yes, it is very important to protect our clients from lawsuits and to provide peace of mind that they are covered above and beyond the industry standard. PSM provides 5 million dollar liability coverage as well as enhanced Workers Comp and Auto Insurance.

Do you guarantee your work even though Mother Nature and equipment breakdowns are unpredictable?

Yes, we guarantee our work or will give your money back. The guarantee is only valid if a complaint for not responding to a service call within the one hour time frame is made via email the same day as the incident occurs and only for fleet clients with 5 or more locations. “We take pride in our service!”

Do I need to call Premier Snow Management everytime I need service?

No, once a contract is signed, your location(s) are added to routes and will automatically be serviced during any winter event.

Do you outsource to other companies?

Premier partners with a core group of trusted service partners for the rare occasion we need to outsource. This is determined on a case by case study, partners go through same vigorous training and safety programs. Clients are before guaranteed and change it to same equal gold level customer service.
When outsourced area manager will oversee the site and backup equipment will always be available to site.
